How do I sign up for photos?
Please click on the photo signup icon on the menu bar of the website. It will direct you to the sign up page. Please fill out the information and click sign up for photos. Continue to the second page to finish registration.
What should my child wear for picture day?
It is very important that your child is happy with your choice. If they are uncomfortable, it will be challenging to get relaxed, happy smiles. Solid colors or small patterns will work best. Try to avoid large distracting graphics or bright colors.
How long will it take for the photos to be viewable?
Your photos will be ready to view by one week from your photo day. If your school was photographed over multiple days, please give us one week from the LAST day of your school's photo day unless your school sign says otherwise.
How do I access my photos?
Please click the link received in your email. It will send you directly to the gallery. Returning clients, please log in to your account. New clients, please create an account if you haven't already done so during the sign-up process. If you do not have the link in your email, please check your junk email. We also send a backup link to the school. Your email will have your viewing password inside it. If for some reason you did not receive the email, you can find your photos manually through the website by clicking find my photos under the clients tab. Please contact us for your viewing password if you were unable to receive it from your school.
How do I sign in to my account?
Please click the clients tab. The log in is the 2nd from the top. Click on it and enter the email address and password you registered with.
**NOTE** The password at the log in screen is the password you created with your account sign up, NOT your viewing gallery password.
I love them all !! I clicked buy all photos. What does that include?
Purchasing from the buy it all category will include high resolution digital images with copyright release ONLY. Please continue into the gallery to choose print options, including print packages with digital files.
I don't want to buy all the photos. How can I see my options?
Click on any photo on your main gallery page to take you in to the package/a la carte options. We have many options available in every price point.
How do I select a package?
Click on your package choice. Add it to your cart. It will give you the sizes available in the package. You will select each image for each size. We print one image per sheet of photos. Once you have selected all your sizes and/or digital files, your package will be complete, and you can check out.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Please contact us for additional payment options. We try to work with all our customers.
How soon are my digital files available?
Purchases made by paypal payment are available for immediate download. Purchases made by traditional credit card can take up to 24 hours. Please look for the digital download email which includes your copyright release.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Please allow up to two weeks to receive your photos. We can not control the delay of shipping through USPS due to COVID-19.
I missed the deadline; how can I still order?
Great news! You can reactive your gallery! The system will charge a $5.00 reactivation fee but it is immediately issued as a credit toward your purchase. We do this so you can view your photos at any time outside of office hours. For IMMEDIATE access please pay thru paypal. Using manual credit card payments will delay your gallery activation until your payment is processed.
I can't check out, my cart has expired photos, help!
Delete any photos in your cart. We clear everyone's cart, but there may have been a system glitch. Clear your cache after you delete your cart and try to enter the website again. It should reset everything. If you are still having difficulties, please call our tech support team at 813-416-2264.

We offer a discount for military & first responders. We thank you for your service to our community and wish to give back to you. Please contact us for verification and discount codes.
We also offer an early bird discount. Purchase from your gallery in the first 48 hours to save! No discount code needed; the system will automatically calculate your savings.
